Short answer

Make a video play forward and then backward with the 100% free Vaults ping-pong tool. It exports a local MP4 or WebM download.

Build your loop

Open Tools, select Video studio, choose a video, select a short section with Start and End, and enable Ping-pong loop. Pick MP4 or WebM and Export video. The result contains the selected clip forward followed by its reverse.

Keep the movement natural

Use a clip with continuous movement rather than speech or text. The forward and reverse halves repeat their endpoint frames, which may create a brief pause. Audio is removed. A 5-second selection produces about 10 seconds of video.

Free and local, with practical limits

All these tools are 100% free. Video exports run in your browser and do not upload your file. The first video export loads about 31 MB of the converter onto your device, so the page itself still uses some bandwidth. Exporting takes time and memory, especially on phones. Use files up to 100 MB and clips up to 120 seconds; ping-pong selections are limited to 20 seconds. There is no automatic upload or profile change.
