How do you add a clickable link to your TikTok bio?

Open your TikTok profile, tap Edit profile, and paste your link into the Website field. If you do not see that field, your account does not qualify yet. TikTok generally requires a personal account to have at least 1,000 followers, while business accounts can often add a link sooner. TikTok changes these rules from time to time, so check your own Edit profile screen.

Tap Profile in the bottom right. Tap Edit profile. Tap Website (or Add your website). Paste your link and save. The link now shows as clickable text under your bio.

Switching to a business account in Settings and privacy, then Account, can unlock the Website field for some users. Business accounts have a limited music library, so think about that before switching. Until then, you can still put your link as plain text in your bio, though it will not be clickable.
