The only official support channel right now is Telegram at t.me/vaultslol. We do not run a Discord server. Send your username and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help.
Broken features or bugs
If a feature is broken or behaving wrong, message t.me/vaultslol with what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Fixes ship fast, usually the same day.
Be specific
'Music does not work' is hard to debug. 'Track plays for 2 seconds then stops on Chrome on iOS 17' gives us something to work with.
