What a feature submission is

A feature submission is a paid request for the Vaults.lol team to review a specific new feature, update, or improvement you want to see. It is for product ideas, not account support, bug reports, or payment help.

Each submission covers one idea. A real person reads the full request and decides whether it fits Vaults.lol. Paying for a review does not guarantee acceptance.

Open the request form

Sign in to your Vaults.lol account, then open the exact request page: https://vaults.lol/form. You can also select Request in the dashboard sidebar under Request Feature.

Before the form opens, confirm the short checklist explaining the €19.99 review fee, dashboard response, and refund terms.

Complete every step

Start with your exact Vaults username and optionally add your Telegram username. Give the idea a short title, choose the area it belongs to, and write a one-line summary.

Explain what you want changed and how it should work. If the idea is not solving a problem, select This isn't a problem, it's a request. Add enough detail for someone who has never seen your idea before to understand the expected result.

Review and pay

Check every answer on the Review and pay step, then select Pay and send. Stripe opens the secure €19.99 checkout. Nothing is submitted until payment succeeds.

After payment, Vaults.lol gives you a request ID. Keep it if you want to reference the idea on Telegram at t.me/vaultslol. Sharing the ID on Telegram is optional.

What happens after submission

The team usually answers in one to two days. During a busy release, a decision can take five to seven days. The result appears on your Vaults.lol dashboard.

If the request is accepted, the dashboard confirms it. If it is declined, Vaults.lol issues a full refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider can take one to two weeks to show the returned funds.

Write a useful request

Keep the submission focused on one idea. Describe where the feature should appear, what a user should be able to choose, what should happen after they use it, and anything important on mobile.

Links or examples are optional, but they can make visual or interaction ideas easier to understand. Do not include passwords, private account details, or payment information in the form.
