What the account restricted popup means

If you see the account restricted popup when you open your dashboard, it means the system flagged something on your account that needs a human review before you can edit it again. You can still sign in and view your own profile publicly, you just cannot make changes until the flag is cleared.

The most common trigger is multiple accounts on the same device or IP without a premium unlock, followed by suspected username hoarding.

How to get it lifted

Message the support team on Telegram at t.me/vaultslol or through the support page. Tell us your username, briefly explain the situation, and if you know why the flag was raised, say so. Appeals are read by a real person and most legitimate ones are cleared in under 24 hours.

Do not create a second account to appeal. That makes the case worse, not better.

The one account rule for free users

Free accounts are limited to one account per person. If you sign up for a second free account it will be flagged and can be removed. This is not about IP sharing (roommates, families and public wifi are fine), it is about the same person trying to sit on multiple free handles.

This rule exists because free usernames are a limited resource. We would rather one real person hold one handle than a small number of people sit on dozens.

Up to five accounts for premium

If you have Lifetime or Supporter, you can run up to five accounts. This covers real world cases like a creator running a main and a couple of alt personas, or someone building a page for a friend or a family member.

The five accounts must all be actively used and edited. If an account sits completely blank for a long time, or clearly exists only to reserve a handle, we may revoke access to it even for premium users. Blank hoarding is not what the five account allowance is for.

What is not a ban reason

Using a VPN, proxy or Tor is fine. Signing up from any country is fine. Sharing an IP with roommates, family or a public wifi is fine. Not having an email on file is always fine, because Vaults does not collect emails at all.
