What happens when you make a new Vaults account

New accounts start with a free starter look, a free font and a couple of example socials in place, so you can see what your page will feel like instead of staring at an empty editor.

Everything in the starter setup is free tier and every part of it can be changed or deleted straight away.

The confirm password field is gone. On a username and password signup it only doubled the typing, so you now type your password once with a show and hide button to check it.

A nudge appears to add a profile picture and one real link, because those two things are what turn an empty page into something worth sending to somebody.

Once your profile actually looks finished, the dashboard suggests sharing it, with a one tap copy of your link and a caption ready to paste.

The setup guide includes a video tutorial you can keep playing in a small floating player while you work. It can be dragged around, resized and muted, so it never gets in the way of the editor.
