How to get a clickable link in your Discord bio

Discord does not make bio links clickable by default. Here is the workaround creators actually use.

The real workaround: use Connections

Discord does render clickable links in the Connections section of your profile, right under your About Me. Connections officially supports services like Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, Steam, Xbox, Reddit, GitHub, and a handful of others.

There is no official connection for a custom URL or a link in bio. So the trick is to use a connection you already have, and point everyone to a single page that holds all your real links. That single page is your Vaults profile.

Step by step

1. Create your Vaults page at vaults.lol and claim your username. Add every link you would normally try to put in your Discord bio: Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, your Twitch, your shop, your Spotify, anything.

2. Open Discord. Go to User Settings, Connections, and connect any service you actually use, for example Twitch, Reddit or YouTube. That account now appears as a clickable button on your profile.

3. In your Discord About Me, write a short line that points people at the clickable connection, for example: 'All my links: tap the Reddit / Twitch button below to my Vaults.'

4. On the connected service, set your profile bio or channel description to point at vaults.lol/yourname. Visitors who tap your Reddit or Twitch connection from Discord land on a profile whose bio is your Vaults link, one tap away.

Bonus: Discord server invite on your Vaults page

Flip the flow too. On your Vaults profile, add a Discord button that links straight to your server invite. People who land on vaults.lol/yourname from Instagram, TikTok or YouTube can jump into your Discord in one tap.
