What happened in Vaults.lol update 7.0

Update 7.0 shipped on 19 September 2026 and is the biggest release Vaults.lol has ever had. Earlier updates changed how the site looked. This one changes what an account can actually do.

Nothing was removed from your profile and no prices changed. Everything below is live already.

Vaults Games is now a proper progression system. Playing earns XP, XP raises your level, your level carries you through metallic rank tiers up to Mythic, and milestones unlock permanent badges.

The Games page is split into Play Games and Progression, so playing and checking your stats are one click apart. Rewards land with splashes, level and rank animations, achievement confetti and a sound, queued one at a time so you can read them, with a link straight to your progression.

The first game is Type Rush, a typing race with a large library of original passages. Play solo to beat your personal best, or open a private room with a short code and race friends in real time, with a synced countdown and live lanes.

Scores and XP are worked out on our side, fast typing is never penalised, and winners earn a little more than everyone else.

A brand new system, completely separate from Games. The Vault Sigil is a twenty level mark you grow once every 24 hours, with its own artwork at every stage, a live countdown, a growth animation and a sidebar nudge when it is ready.

Every stage you reach becomes its own badge in the Vault Sigil category on the Badges page.

Animated profile picture effects arrived, with two free options and a more detailed Lifetime set including butterflies, a comet, petals, aurora rings and stardust.

Links, social icons and equipped badges can all be dragged into whatever order you want, and you can now equip up to twenty badges at once.

Social icons with Copy enabled now reveal the real value on hover, so a visitor can read your Riot ID or Discord tag without clicking anything.

The Premium page keeps Lifetime and Supporter front and centre and tucks smaller one time unlocks into a Show More section. The first of those is a custom checkmark colour for 2.99 EUR, with pink, gold and the standard blue shades reserved.

Gifting also arrived. You can buy Lifetime, Supporter or the custom checkmark for another user by entering their username.

Recovery codes mean a forgotten password is no longer the end of an account, and we still never ask for an email. New accounts start with a free starter look instead of a blank page, the confirm password field is gone, and the dashboard nudges you to finish your profile and then share it.

A long list of smaller fixes and polish landed with it: a tutorial video in a floating player you can drag, resize and mute, cleaner popups that only close through their own buttons, better spacing and typography across the dashboard, and a batch of new wiki articles including this one.
