How to change your email
Short answer. There's no email on Vaults.

Vaults does not store emails
By design. Vaults accounts are username and password only, with optional two factor. No email is collected at signup, so there is no email to change.
Why
Less data to leak, no marketing emails, no inbox spam. The trade off is that two factor authentication becomes very important.
