What is the Cinematic Split layout on Vaults.lol
Cinematic Split is the newest Vaults.lol profile layout. Your background media fills the left half of the screen with a diagonal cut, and your profile lives on a clean frosted panel on the right.
What Cinematic Split is
Cinematic Split is a profile layout on Vaults.lol that turns your page into something that looks closer to a movie poster than a list of links. The screen is split in two. Your background video, GIF or image fills the left half, and its right edge is cut at a diagonal. Your profile content sits on the right half, on a frosted glass panel over near-black.
Nothing sits on top of your media. The video or image gets its own stage on the left, and the profile gets its own clean space on the right. The two sides never fight each other.
How it looks
On the left, your background media plays edge to edge, cropped to the diagonal wing. On the right, your content appears in a fixed order. Your avatar first, then a large bold display name, your username muted beneath it, your bio, your badges row with your tier tag and optional level, your links, and an optional Quick Access row.
The right panel is the only part that scrolls. The media on the left stays fixed in place, so the page feels composed no matter how many links you add. Badges render slightly larger on this layout than on the others, and your partner marks sit in their own row under your tier tag.
Why it is unique
No other link in bio platform has a layout like this. The standard everywhere else is a centered column of buttons over a background, sometimes with a card around it. Cinematic Split throws that out. The diagonal cut, the fixed media wing and the frosted content panel are a structure you will not find on Linktree, guns.lol, bio.link, Beacons or Carrd.
Every element was rebuilt for this layout instead of reused from the others. The panel, the diagonal mask, the badge sizing, the partner row and the divider between your link buttons and social icons all exist only here.
Quick Access
Cinematic Split supports an optional Quick Access row at the bottom of your content. You set it up in the Style tab, and it gives visitors a row of fast shortcuts under your links, which suits the clean, app-like feel of the layout.
Every layout is free
Cinematic Split launched together with a bigger change. Every layout on Vaults.lol is now free. Centered, Card, Modern, Simplistic, Bordered, Showcase and Cinematic Split were the first eight, and Float and Hub have joined them since, all available to every account from day one, with no tier required.
Layouts are how your profile looks, and we do not think the way your page looks should cost money. Paid tiers on Vaults are about extras, not about unlocking basic presentation.
How to switch it on
Open Customize, go to the Style tab and pick Cinematic Split from the layout options. Because the split is built for wide screens, the small preview window in the dashboard is disabled while this layout is active, and a notice explains why. Use View public profile to watch your changes live while you edit.
All of your other customization still applies. Your background media, colors, fonts, music, cursor and effects all carry over. Reactive tilt is locked on this layout because the split panel does not tilt, and the Colors options that have no visible effect here, like Secondary and Card surface, are marked as locked so you always know what does what.
