Why an account can get revoked or banned
The exact reasons a Vaults account can lose access, and how to appeal.
We do not ban for fun
Vaults bans are rare. We only revoke an account when it breaks the Terms in a clear, repeatable way. We do not ban for design choices, for being new, for niche content, or for negative reviews.
Reasons an account can be revoked
Illegal content of any kind, including content that involves minors, real threats of violence, doxxing, malware, phishing or stolen accounts.
Impersonating another real person or brand without consent and refusing to remove it after a warning.
Username squatting: registering many accounts to hoard handles, or trying to sell or trade a Vaults username on or off platform.
Spam: mass automated signups, mass link-spam profiles, or using Vaults profiles purely as a redirect farm.
Payment fraud: chargebacks on the Lifetime or Supporter unlock without contacting support first, or fraudulent card use.
Repeated attempts to break the platform, abuse the API, or bypass rate limits.
What happens when an account is revoked
The profile goes offline immediately. The username returns to the pool after a short cool off so nobody can immediately squat it. Premium unlocks tied to that account are revoked. We do not store emails so we cannot mass-email the owner.
How to appeal
Message us on Telegram at t.me/vaultslol or use the public support page at vaults.lol/support. Include the username, what happened, and any context. A real human reviews every appeal. If we got it wrong, we restore the account fast.
