Compress MP4 for free

Try 720p for a profile background, or 480p for a lighter result. A shorter clip usually saves more than changing format alone. Compare the exported size and preview before using it. Compression changes image quality, and a file that is already efficient may become larger.

The first video export loads about 31 MB of the converter onto your device, so the page itself still uses some bandwidth. Exporting takes time and memory, especially on phones.
