1. Who we are
Vaults.lol ("Vaults", "we", "us") is a link-in-bio platform that lets you claim a personal profile at vaults.lol/yourname. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Vaults.lol accounts are intentionally minimal: you sign up with a username and a password, no email, no phone number, no recovery. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot reset, restore, or transfer an account if you lose your password. If your credentials are shared, guessed, leaked, or stolen, including through phishing or malware on your own device, the resulting loss of access or content is your responsibility, not ours. One person, one account. Usernames are first-come, first-served and may be reclaimed if they impersonate someone else or violate these Terms.
3. Username squatting and transfers
Creating multiple accounts to hoard usernames, or signing up with the intent to sell, trade, or transfer a username to another person for money or other consideration, is not allowed. Vaults.lol is not a peer to peer marketplace: usernames cannot be traded, auctioned, gifted or transferred between users, on or off the platform. If we detect more than one free account registered from the same location, the additional accounts may be locked until one account on that location has purchased the Lifetime unlock.
Lifetime and Supporter allowance. If at least one account on your IP has Lifetime or Supporter, the no-hoarding rule is relaxed and you may keep up to 5 accounts in total for your own use. Going over 5 accounts may result in an IP ban, or we may revoke one or more of the extra accounts. Lifetime accounts must also actually be used: every account you keep under this allowance needs some real customization applied (links, a background, a theme, a bio, anything that shows the page is yours). Accounts left completely blank may be revoked. Supporter accounts are exempt from the customization requirement, but still fall under the 5 account limit.
This allowance is a courtesy, not a right: in cases of extreme abuse (mass registrations, scripted signups, spam, impersonation, or any pattern we consider harmful to the platform), we still reserve the right to lock every account involved, IP-ban the network, and revoke all access including paid features, without notice or refund.
Premium handles. Premium handles offered at vaults.lol/dashboard/usernames are sold by Vaults.lol only. A purchase grants you a non-transferable digital licence to use that handle on your own account while it stays in good standing. Handles are never sold, listed or supplied by other users, and a purchased handle may not be resold or transferred onwards.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload or link to content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, malware, or otherwise harmful. Do not impersonate others, send spam, or attempt to break the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely so we can run the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to whatever you publish.
6. Premium and payments
The Premium "Lifetime" unlock is a one-time payment of €5 EUR that grants premium features for the lifetime of your account on the Vaults.lol service. Premium handle licences are also one-time purchases sold directly by Vaults.lol. All payments are card payments processed securely by our approved payment provider. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed by support when there is a genuine payment issue, duplicate purchase, or a technical problem that prevents access to the paid feature. When a refund is issued, premium features on your account are revoked immediately.
8. Operator
Vaults.lol is the operator of this service. Buyer-facing communication and bank statements will reference "Vaults" or "Vaults.lol".
9. Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect Premium users.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your profile and content may be removed.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by their local consumer law.
